Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Zee Akil for her exceptional Customer Service yesterday when I dropped off my 2021 CX-5 for its routine service (Oil and filter change, tire rotation, and brake check, etc.). She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car. He really helped me get a BEAUTIFUL car and within the price range, low mileage and a low deposit down out the door. Not only did they decide not yo honor the written quote they had sent me but hey told me that if I wanted to buy the car from them I would have to also purchase some type of Dealer markup or addendum like an alarm or paint protection that by the way cost an additional 995 each. Spreen Mazda will only waste your time and will not honor the price they quote you. I rgive Spreen Mazda zero stars.i ended up buying my Mazda from Puente Hills Mazda they gave me a better price and they did ho ored what was promised to me. Adrian Parnass is incompetent, aggressive, rude, condescending, completely apathetic, and spectacularly lacking in professionalism (and racist in my experience).We visited the dealership to trade in our Mazda and explore potential purchase options. The initial salesman was courteous, offering us coffee and snacks despite our polite refusal. After a test drive, Adrian took over without understanding our requirements. He aggressively pushed us to make a quick decision, and when we explained we needed time to weigh our options, he turned rude and condescending. His sarcastic comment, "Did you stop here for coffee and then intend to go to your drive to LA," was uncalled for. When we tried to reason with this numb person and failed to get a logical thought through his brick for brains, he dismissively said, "See you after 4 years," referencing a previous visit for a repair. At that time they had done the evaluation voluntarily when we were only there for a repair on the car.Adrian never apologized, leaving us feeling undervalued and disrespected. Thankfully, the initial salesman and Ricky Aguilar showed some empathy, but the damage was done.This dealership lost our business and made us feel unappreciated, contrary to their claims of valuing loyal customers. Beyond disappointed.

Second and last time I go to this dealer. I bought a 2022 Dodge, but not from them so maybe that's why they acted this way but I have a feeling it's their standard operating behavior.First visit was to get a key FOB programmed for the new truck. First thing out of Jonny's mouth was, well it's about lunchtime so,....I asked to see an IT or technical person and without asking why I came in, Jonny said you need an appointment. I set that appointment up for today. I came in and went to Jonny who told me that he moved my appointment to another clerk, who was clueless why I was transferred to her from the clerk who setup my appointment. I went to this other clerk who couldn't find my info because Jonny took my initial info. She agreed to assist me (although she too was ready to head to lunch, apparently a huge deal at this dealership) and asked why I was there. I said Jonny didn't bother to ask or document why I came in initially. I then told her I would like to get my new FOB programmed to the new truck. She proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $200 to program a $57 FOB.I declined that ridiculous charge and then asked about a repair to the front bumper skirt that had come apart at one place. She told me that would cost $200 (1 hour labor) and when I asked how they would fix it, she told me they TY Wrap the shirt to the bumper, for $200. TY Wraps last?It's apparent these knuckleheads just want to rest, pass the buck, and go to lunch.Never going back there.I would rate Johnny but I don't see him below. Might be a sign...

I was immediately contacted by Mike and set that appointment. Now, I hadn't bought a car in a long time and was reluctant on the pressure of purchasing a car through a dealership.
