Alaska crew was so friendly and made the trip great.

This is where things were a bit upsetting first the wheelchair assistance person not only was playing games at first leaving us to wonder. When I did get another person to help she took me to the gate the Alaska Airlines person Alex was rude. I didn't have a seat assigned which was not helping my travel anxiety, he honestly didn't seem to care when he step away I came to another agent named John who was very empathetic and kind. He looked in his computer and gave me a seat realizing my situation.

Check in was easy the people were really nice and willing to help the flight crew was helpful and courteous seats comfortable flights on time

Staff was great! I guess there’s nothing good about sitting in a tuna can really and I know a planes are that way, but this definitely makes me think about first class next time! 😉

Departure was delayed 50 mins due to crew scheduling. Many on board had tight connections. Aircraft was roomy and clean!

My luggage didn't arrive. I had a cruise next day. I waited for three hours in the airport and nobody knew that my luggage didn't arrive and it was in El Paso. They only gave me $200 to buy what I need for my cruise. It was 2:00am It was a nightmare to deal with AA staff. I am very dissapointed. I will not recommend AA at all.

I was rebooked without notice for my connecting flight. The app was difficult to navigate and functioned poorly, it did not update with my new boarding information and I was left to have to visit two service desks and worry that I wasn't going to make my destination.

I wasn’t able to make the flight due to fog from a connecting flight, I called customer service 2 hours before the flight and wasn’t able to get any credit in return and they were not helpful in booking another flight.

Flight was delayed for 3.5 hours. Flight attendant keep passing me over for drinks.

The flight was canceled after being pushed back, hour by hour, for 10 hours.

Screen didn’t play movies, do I was pretty boated the entire flight.

It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.

Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.

Delta is one of the best airlines I have flown

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

Standard economy seats on Deltas 767 were better than Alaska premium seats on their 737 MAX9; more legroom, wider seats. Entertainment was great, no ipad or phone required. Could have included a meal service.

Plane was turned around due to fog half way into the flight, Delta did not properly direct passengers to stay on same flight and instead failed to properly rebook on Alaska

The boarding process was terrible especially with an indirect flight Chicago to Seattle to San Diego was terrible talking about we overbooked a flight idk if I’d take this airline ever again we got off our flight from Chicago to Seattle and we traveled for business and they told us our connecting flight was over booked and their was no seats asking people to take a delayed next flight and they don’t tell anyone coughing to wear masks seats 30A-B were terrible during the flight no one wants to sit next to people coughing all around I don’t want to be sick traveling for work or get sick anytime it’s very upsetting the staff doesn’t take this stuff serious to tell them to wear masks when they see people coughing and sneezing

Flight was on time, the crew was personable & professional, & the plane arrived early which was nice.

This flight landed early, but deplaned late. We were stuck sitting and waiting for a gate for over an hour

Awful. We had an 8 hour mechanical delay- no vouchers and no kind/courtesy/professional representatives in the entire airport. Not only was it a terrible experience for both my 7 year old and myself, I still have not heard back from American about how they’re going to correct it- I’ve sent 2 or 3 emails about our experience- which was just awful. Not to mention according to national traveling laws, we should be reimbursed… but of course they’re not responding.

PBI to Charlotte was smooth. Charlotte to IAH was an entirely different story though, and I still have not heard back from American on how they’re going to fix it.

The flight was delayed two hours, with no information as to why. The gate also changed several times which was aggravating. Would not fly through DFW again.

My flights had excessive delays, alleged mechanical problems, and overall terrible customer service

Terrible, they canceled my flight due to an issue they had, couldn't fly me into the same place within 24 hrs so had to fly in 2.5 hrs away from my destination and spend even more money. The customer service was terrible (except at the airport in Charleston). Had to call to get my checked baggage fees reimbursed 2 wks later in which one customer service agent was very rude, wouldn't listen and then hung up on me. The second lady I spoke with was actually able to help me with that part thankfully. Would not recommend flying AA.

The inability to be flexible when you need to change a Basic Economy flight, when your company demands you book through a third party, causes raw feelings about the whole experience. A major airline should realize business and personal plans change all the time. I must save my company money on travel. Even if you have to charge me for the change, I get it. But being so rigid with a policy is not the best customer service.

The offered WiFi on AA isn't worth wasting time or effort on. If you manage to connect it's incredibly slow.

American dropped the ball on this flight. It was canceled after waiting on the tarmac for 6 hours. American airline was so greedy that they open the door after close, delayed our flight then caused the pilot to over 14 hours limit if they were to fly to Phoenix. So more delays and finally flight canceled. Horrible experience with American Airline in Philadelphia.

Absolutely the worst experience. We were 5 hours delayed due to mechanical issues and a crew timing out. We were not offered any concession. When I asked for a meal voucher, they gave me $12. You can get a bottle of water for that at the airport. Offensive.

It was delay after delay. Kept changing gates too. Not a good experience.

No knowledgeable staff at the counter or in a flight crew. No one knew why once flight landed at Philadelphia Airport then it took them 4 hours from runway to gate . Damn they took 4 hours to reach the gate . They messed up whole night for myself and for my kids.

Horrible, first and last time that we use frontier. Kept us in Las Vegas for 8 hours. We boarded original flight at 2 pm right as we were getting ready to leave we were told that plane had issues. Stayed in gate and then after a couple of hours we were told that we were being assigned a new plane and were moved to a different gate. Then after 3 hours they said that the plane had issues and after a while of just being delayed it was cancelled. Thankfully there is southwest that came to rescue. We purchased ticket and left Vegas at 10 pm

Horrible communication about delay of flight and what options were available

Frontier charges 25 for the service of checking in and another 79 for a carry on. Will not take this janky air carrier again.

The trip was unremarkable which is good. Crew was very professional and courteous.

Crew was excellent. Plane was small cramped Airbus A320. Seats were narrow.

Gate agent for Frontier in Sioux Falls was horrible. Some people shouldn't have jobs where they need to work with people. This person tried to control everything and even argued with a Sheriff's Deputy. He seemed to write the law and think he was immune to everything and could do whatever he wanted. What a miserable experience for a lot of people. He even delayed the flight just for on his own actions. The pilots made up the time lost, but why does this person have this job. Apparently nobody cares at Frontier. We do, My wife said she would never fly on Frontier again.

On both our outgoing flight and our return flight, Frontier split up our seats. We were two adults and two small children, one an infant. Both flights were only about half full with full rows of empty seats. Yet, the airline split us up. No, we did not spend the extra $40 per person each way to purchase seat assignments ahead of time. But should we have to do this? If so, then the advertised ticket price was $40 off. What makes this even more egregious is that the plane was not full. So, there was no reason for Frontier to split up our group other than to extract an extra $320. A stewardess even had the nerve to tell me “if you want your family to sit together, I recommend that you purchase seat assignments next time.” On a half empty flight? Ridiculous. We will not be flying Frontier again.

One gate agent in Sioux Falls ruined it for a few people on the flight. It was the usual, that personal item is too large, you are going to have to pay $100 to get it on the flight. One family with a baby were told that they had to have a passport for the baby to get on the flight. Also a Sheriff's Deputy needed to go on the airplane to return a lost cell phone to a minor on the flight. The gate agent would NOT let him go on without a boarding pass. I don't know who this moron was, but the sooner Frontier moves him where he can't interact with people, the better off they will be. Let's just say the deputy did the job that he needed to do and returned the phone to the minor on the plane, even with argument from a gate agent that thought he had way more power than he actually does. Very IRRITATING individual.

Bad experience… crew are extremely strict with personal bags… they overcharge me coz my bag was one inch H
